Carlos is an internal application used at Universal Music for tracking royalties by artists, catalog numbers (i.e. product – CD’s, DVD’s, etc.) and titles. It is used by 28 different countries, including Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Greece, Thailand to name a few and was created with WebSmart and highlights WebSmart’s multi-lingual capabilities.
