Shipping & Returns


  • Please choose carefully.  We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.  You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t do what it is supposed to do
  • Unopened products can be returned within 7 days if you change your mind, as long as they are in original condition (delivery costs in this case are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded)
  • Opened products cannot be returned, if you have changed your mind
  • We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days in most circumstances; and up to 3 weeks for delivery to international locations.  In most cases products will be sent by Australia Post on the same day or the next business day
  • In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund

Returns – Intuition courses

  • If you purchase All Intuition Courses and change your mind about attending all four courses, it is non-refundable due to the continual nature of learning in the program, but you can get a credit towards other purchases on this website minus the cost of any courses already attended


  • Shipping costs will be calculated in the checkout process.  Delivery costs will vary, depending on the size and weight of the parcel
  •  If you prefer to use Express Post, registered post, courier delivery or to arrange delivery tracking or insurance, this is at your own discretion and you will need to provide the necessary details for this to be undertaken and pay any additional costs in relation to these services
  • While every effort will be made to locate products that have been posted, there will be no liability for any losses arising, if products don’t arrive on time or in the unlikely event that they are not received at the delivery location.  Appropriate procedures will be utilised in accordance with Australia Post should this arise, and products replaced accordingly


  • Aromatherapy bottles are glass and can be fragile, and despite careful packing can occasionally break during delivery. Please advise within 2 business days if a product has arrived broken, for a replacement to be arranged immediately
  • If a bottle breaks after arrival due to poor handling or storage by the customer, refunds are not available. It is the customers responsibility to take care of the bottles by keeping them away from hard surfaces, being dropped and extreme temperatures; and wrapping them well whilst in transit
  • Occasionally, due to factory production, the aromatherapy bottles do not dispense effectively (they do not roll well, or the spray is stuck). With persistance they will usually work but if not, the replacement part or product will be sent as soon as possible

Shipping & Returns – AIM Nutrition

  • AIM Australia offers a full money back guarantee for unopened nutrition products within 3 months, minus any shipping fees
  • AIM Australia can deliver nutrition products to Australia and New Zealand, and arrangements can be made with other international offices for other countries
  • AIM Australia offers free Australia-wide delivery on your first order, and a subsidised flat delivery fee ($9.50 as at January 2016) for any subsequent orders
  • Generally nutrition products and aromatherapy products will be delivered separately, as they come from separate suppliers, and separate delivery fees and processes apply


  • All transactions are processed in $AUD
  • Adam & Eve Essences and AIM Nutrition products will be sent out soon after they are ordered
  • Healing sessions and Intuition Courses bookings will be finalised soon after bookings are received.  Dates and times will be chosen according to whether it is for an individual or group and their location preferences, and conducted accordingly

Conditions of Use

  • Purchases from this site adhere to the following conditions: Suggested uses and testimonial feedback are guides only, and may not be relevant in each person’s experience. Results from treatments and products can vary significantly, based on the person and time of application. It is the nature of healing products and services that these variations can occur
  • Dianna Julia or any of the other representatives on this site hold no liability for any results achieved or not fulfilled through the methods available on this site. While every effort is made to fulfil a person’s requirements for which a purchase is made, it is up to the individual how they utilise, absorb and interpret the elements provided, which is beyond the responsibility of the provider
  • Most commonly, further treatments or products may be applicable if a person has not reached a result they desire
  • In some cases, if the products or services have resulted in significant change and the customer is finding it difficult to assimilate, please contact us for corrective advice and assistance
  • If a person is dealing with medication or heavy addictions (eg to drugs, alcohol, cigarettes or medication), expected results may vary widely. It is in the customer’s best interests to consult us in this case and also accept their advice from their doctor or medical practitioner regarding appropriate treatment. It is not advisable to go off any medications or addictions until a place of stability is achieved, in accordance with medical advice
  • There is no guarantee that the products and services featured on this site will diagnose, treat or cure any disease or illness
  • Dianna Julia or other representatives on this site are not liable for any discomfort, loss of time at work or any other associated perceived losses following from a healing treatment or product. Every effort will be made to support the person fully in their healing experience but individual experiences are to be expected and a natural part of the process. Please contact me to discuss any constraints that may affect your full participation so the appropriate level of treatment can be offered
  •  In the case of product losses, Adam & Eve Essences and AIM nutrition products must be handled and used with care and no liability will be accepted for any injury or damage caused through leaks, spills, breakages, inadequate storage or reactions such as allergies, that may arise from using the products.  If you are unsure of whether the products are suitable in your situation then please contact me, however by purchasing or using the products you agree to use them at your own risk, whether they are used by yourself or others
  • The information on this website has not been evaluated by the Federal Drug Administration (FDA) (US), the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) (Australia) or any other regulatory bodies from various countries
